Since the external purchase process wasn't intuitive, I modified the CTA text to make the redirection to the official website more transparent.

This project reflects a clear evolution in how I approach the design process, with greater confidence and intention at each stage. It was driven by my belief that access to culture should be more inclusive and financially accessible.

During usability testing, the reception was very positive: the overall design proved to be intuitive even for users outside the initial target audience. Furthermore, participants mentioned features that add significant value to the app, such as interactive maps and notifications for upcoming events. This exchange reinforced my view that a digital product is a living organism, constantly evolving, and it has motivated me to keep exploring new UX solutions.
